Shipping Related Questions Q. When can I expect delivery of my purchase ? A. Once an order has been paid for, your order is processed within 48 hours. Once processed the order is shipped by air with DHL. Most orders arrive within 24 hours of being shipped with DHL. If you have not recieved your product within 5 business days, please call Toll Free: 1-866-362-3364 and we can provide you with a tracking number with DHL. Orders recieved on the weekend are processed Monday and shipped out Tuesday morning with DHL.   Q. Is there duty and/or custom charges for internation orders? ? A.
